  • Verified Listings: Once a listing is claimed, the owner takes full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Disclaimer: Klosapoint is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information in any listing. Users should verify details directly with the business.

3. Listing Rights and Ownership

We respect the rights of business owners.

  • Business owners have the right to claim any listing that represents their business.
  • Claiming a business requires verification via our official channels (e.g., Instagram DM or Social OAuth).
  • Unauthorized claiming of a business is strictly prohibited and will lead to permanent suspension from the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users and business owners agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harass or report businesses without legitimate cause.
  • Scrape data from Klosapoint for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
  • Post inappropriate or offensive content in reviews or business descriptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Klosapoint is provided "as is." We are a bridge between consumers and businesses but do not guarantee the quality of service provided by any listed business. In no event shall Klosapoint be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

6. Reporting and Moderation
